Yeah, sigh people get caught up in something and don't think it through. I think a lot of pressure could be removed from LEO's if they did not have to respond to domestic and obvious mental issues.

Sadly this is true. I heard it out of her own mouth on CNN, and of course the anchor didn’t push her on the issue.
I thought photo ops during this time were a big no no. Goose, meet gander.
1) Tear gas was not used 2) “Protestors” tried to burn down St Johns the night before so the perimeter was pushed back away from the area the next day (same day Trump walked out there) 3) A number in double figures of police officers were sent to the hospital from that area that afternoon and you typical don’t go to the hospital if you aren’t injured 4) As mentioned earlier, the AG ordered the perimeter to be moved back earlier in the day and after repeated requests for the “protestors” to move on they refused and thus became unlawful.
As you know with video proof you can’t tell if tear gas or another deterrent was used so I’ll leave that up to law enforcement to say, which they already have, what was used. I’ll give you a sports analogy that may help you better understand. A lot of times in basketball the first foul is missed and the referee only sees the reaction. Case in point here.
Now this is something we could all agree on (possibly) that apparently is a nice looking lady!
