I don’t like the electoral either. We need a better system.
 
I will admit as a Trump supporter I hope these protests don’t give us a higher African American turnout that would give Biden the win. I hope they stick to looting and protesting not voting. Nothing against African Americans and getting rotten cops out I just don’t want Biden.

I was on the fence with Bernie but honestly after all the other dems ran it pushed him so far left to stand out it was too extreme for me. I would have supported Bernie along time ago but not now. Things change. His time is up. Trump isn’t extreme imo so I’m ok with being conservative right. The media has tried to make him extreme bipolar conservative but it isn’t true. And with Biden, well after those debates his platform is too EXTREME for me.

Im sorry but what? How do you go from supporting Bernie to supporting trump but not supporting biden because he is too extreme ? What kind of weed they got in wilkesboro?

Out of these 3 biden is too extreme ?
 
It’s not just me I know many many people went from Bernie to Trump or refused to vote. I don’t support Biden or Clinton.

He's pretty much just saying that Trump is a moderate which is the truth he's not an alt right like the media tries to say he is.

Correct and no one has learned anything from 2016 it sounds like. I do find it very interesting that the party of diversity has a 78 year old white man, who says you ain’t black unless you vote for him, as their nominee.
Also, I agree there will be a fraction of Bernie supporters who will vote for Trump because he’s not mainstream like Biden or Clinton or they’ll just stay at home. Those two categories were a big help in Trump beating Clinton.

Sounds like some here and in the media can’t look beyond their liberal bubble which I’m surprised considering 2016. Go to YouTube and watch 2016 election night coverage as the results roll in on CNN and MSDNC, it’s classic TV.

Biden also isn't universally hated by a majority on the right like Clinton was.
 
What’s the chance the polls are rigged to show Trump losing? In a attempt to suppress the Trump vote by making it look like he can’t win.

The right isn’t a concerning voter block if your Trump. He has a 96%+ approval there. If anything, the right is more consolidated around Trump now than in 2016. The independent vote and young black vote is where the election will come down to.
 
The polling average in swing states was trash just in 2018.

Florida Gov:
RCP AVG: Gillum +3.6
ACTUAL: De Santis +0.5

Ohio GOV:
Final three “big” polls: Corday +4.5
ACTUAL: Dewine + 4.3

Tennessee Senate
RCP AVG: Blackburn + 5
ACTUAL: Blackburn +11

There’s plenty more examples, but polling still is not great

Oh you should look at the weight some of these polls are doing. It’d be embarrassing if most knew what they were. I know polling is extremely tough, but you’d think lessons would’ve been learned from 2016 to put a better product out there in 2020. Let’s take Wisconsin 2016 as a case study. All polls right before election had Hillary winning there 6-8 points, she lost there by almost a point (see below). I’m not just singling out Democrat pollsters either. Notice there is a republican pollster on there as well.

Don't forget he also said "poor kids are just as bright and talented as white kids." Back in 2007 when talking about Barack Obama himself, he stated "You got the first mainstream African American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man." Back in 2006 he was quoted as saying, "You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accident. I'm not joking." Much farther back he voiced support of segregationists John Stennis and George Wallace, and once opined "integrating people... is a rejection of the entire black awareness concept."
I am not surprised at all about the left playing the race card, after all a bird will say "chirp, chirp"; but implying that Joe Biden has the racial high ground here is pure fiction. If we're going to call out racism, lets do it and be honest and consistent.

For one thing, Trump has made huge tax cuts to businesses and corporations in 2017 & 2018 and lowered rates across the board w/ "The top rate falling from 39.6% to 37%, while the 33% bracket dropped to 32%, the 28% bracket to 24%, the 25% bracket to 22%, and the 15% bracket to 12%".

Doesn't get more classic conservatively than trickle-down "Reaganomics".

Do we know if that's right wing or is that just general republicanism? Even moderate Republicans like tax cuts? either way he spent money like a drunken sailor that's not very conservative.

Ive just buried a mom who died of Altheimers after 10 yr battle. Cared for everyday with my 81 yr old dad, wife, sisters. DJT does not show any of what you are trying to suggest. Ill leave it at that. There is another candidate who should be replaced and not embarrased for truly suffering from dementia. Still time and its really ashame someone doesnt intervene. Totally understandable and the right thing to do. Spinning a false narrative on the other candidate isnt they way to diffuse this handicap. Sincerely is sad to see this get played out like its going to when it can be avoided. Why its not gonna be corrected is beyond me.

Sorry for the lose of your mom.

Dementia has many forms and many symptoms and DJT displays some very similar symptoms that my mom does. Sorry thats just the way it is.

In some cases unless you have intuition you're going to be left thinking about things that you saw as well...I know because I recently saw that with one of my grandparents and I alluded to that in here earlier but it got ignored. My grandma went from having a hard time reasoning through something that is pretty simple to me (even to my mom and dad, who aren't as good with tech), then getting fooled by a grandparents' scam later that month on the phone, to being gone 16 months later, with it getting severe in less than a year.

Now I honestly don't know if something like that is going on here in either case because I don't really listen to either but I think some early dementia problems can include difficulty reasoning.

One of the symptoms my mom has is the inability to move past things. She gets it in her head that something happened or is happening and she gets locked onto it and it comes up in every conversation at some point.

I see this is in trump at times how he goes back to meaningless "wrongs" he believes have been done to him.

In fact while my mom has some memory issues her dementia manifests much more in delusions and paranoia. False reality and ideas becoming fact and theres even a hint at that with trump.....i.e his inaugaration crowd.....he continues to belief it was bigger than it was and constantly brings it up.
