So back a few post you said this...."Not all law enforcement abuses there power. They just don’t it’s only a few bad ones that give all police a bad reputation. And your caught up in it."

So you not ok with judging all LEO's based on the actions of a few, but then turn around and do just that to Muslims......its funny how that works....liberals do it too, guns are one of their favorites, a few people do bad things with guns and they hate all gun owners.....now they are going after the cops the same way.....

I support the Muslim band because of the risk of terrorism. But let me rephrase that I bit Muslims shouldn’t enter our country. From a terrorist country. Got to put America first

I think you should make a distinction between extremist and more mainstream Muslims as mainstream Muslims are free to practice their religion in the US just as is the case for Christians and members of other religions.

They did not quit entirely just the ERT......so technically they did not quit their job.....in the end though its probably for the best if they are all that die hard about the blue wall then they shouldnt be on the ERT to begin with.

Yeah exactly I have no problem with Muslims here in the US. Practicing there religion my issue is with people from known Muslim/terrorist countries coming here. It’s just it doesn’t hurt to be better safe then sorry.

1 thing is for sure. The ambulance had to take a 75yr old man to the hospital to fight for his life.

What they would most likely do is ban ARs and high capacity mags which I’m against. They would also probably go for the universal background checks which I’m for. It wouldn’t be an all out ban but it would create a battle in the courts that would show how far the Supreme Court would allow them to go. Also no they wouldn’t come for our guns that we already own that would be almost impossible.

This is silly though, you are way way way more likely to be killed in a mass shooting at your work place by a white guy than getting caught up in a terrorist attack, that goes for just about anyone anywhere......by your logic you should not work anywhere with white males as its better to be safe than sorry.

The reality is we SHOULD heavily vet questionable people coming to this country from certain areas....reality is there is a blue wall that protects bad cops that needs to go away, to many people give the LEO's to much benefit of the doubt when it comes to force, that though appears to be changing......every police force should have a civilian oversight panel for excessive force and other internal issues.

I agree excessive force should be reviewed. But let me ask you this. A man that kidnaps a child if he resists arrest and a cop uses the use of a taser to bring him down to arrest him. Is that excessive force to you? I say no it is not

I had on ABC world news for some ungodly reason just now. They literally said that Trump said during his speech today that it’s a good day for George Floyd today because of the economy. That is an absolute flat out lie. I watched the speech live and in the context he was speaking saying the protesting for George Floyd would make him very happy today. They clipped a section from another portion of his speech and put it with the one he was speaking of George Floyd. This is even bad for ABC and this is a small portion of how horrendous and disgusting the media is right now. They are a flat out embarrassment and a disgrace to this nation and the world.

Maybe it is time to change the 1st Amendment in regards to the media.

They need to be fair, but they never will be. Too much big money behind it. The big companies need to be broken up and dismantled. Maybe they should be banned from putting their opinions into stories and be forced to report both sides. Right now they only care about 2 thing and they are their agendas and their ratings.

You are right. There was no curfew. But, they was still protesting a hour and half past their permit and there was some small violence.

Wasn’t a curfew but the protest permit ended at 6:30 and they wouldn’t leave, the police tried for 60 mins to remove them peacefully. The police had to use force since the “ peaceful” protesters would obey the rules.
 
Guess they should rename the street. A really cool street filled with history, all in the name of “ progress” sad I never did get to drive through and see it although I have been in Richmond.

Actually there is no curfew in Huntsville. There permit expired at 6:30...


Earlier, in Huntsville, protesters were marching in the streets after their permit expired at 6:30 p.m. Police ordered all to leave. Police did not act for more than an hour. Then came the the influx of trooper cars and gas. Some protesters fled into one corner of Big Spring Park. Reporters were kept from the site but helicopters were overhead and more gas was used. Rubber bullets were fired. Armed officers blocked access.
