You only need to say yes or no to all of the flurry locations as a group
so if HSV gets flurries but no one else it's a yes for all, if they all get shut out it's obviously a no

CHA: under, CHS: Over, Severe: Don't care, Snow: Yes.
Suggestion for an Over/Under... Will Any of 5 cities (CHA, Charlotte, Raleigh, ATL, Birm) drop to single digit lows From Dec 1 to March 15. Or ten cities, whatever.

Is there a reporting station in the mountains where we can get reliable data for over/under
just a site for snow totals
