Too bad it won't translate to winter. Just one of those weird things so far where bring farther SW has gotten away from the big vortexes in the NE and less wind. You're killing me this Fall, must be the arid climate haha. 41.5 this morning but wind never died down completely either
This would be the system that could do it but this time period is rapidly flopping on the models so we will have to seeRDU normally drops to 34 in October , lowest so far has been 42 and looks to finish that way . Also we are approaching first freeze date first week of November and looks like we won’t see one . After having latest last freeze in 18 years this April would be interesting to see if we make up for it with a late first freeze .
Only 40 here.Interesting , louisburg only dropped to 45 and RDU 46. Though anywhere to the west dropped to 30s seems like .
I think we miss the freeze mark on that one especially at RDU . Sanford roxboro prolly tho will get itThis would be the system that could do it but this time period is rapidly flopping on the models so we will have to seeView attachment 93784
Yeah I could see rural areas going below but it’ll all depend on wind and all that junkI think we miss the freeze mark on that one especially at RDU . Sanford roxboro prolly tho will get it
Brent, Is this your 1st Winter in Tulsa? You will definitely see more snow than Dallas. The NE Oklahoma and NW Arkansas region averages about 10" of snow per season.Heat is finally gone and buried. Today and tomorrow struggling to stay in the 60s with rain and increasing windView attachment 93827

Atlanta has 2 days in the 50s . Our forecast still has nothing under 60s for highs here . Could be the first chance to have a high under 60 but I doubt it .Going to be a chilly day tomorrow under the ULL

Nvr.Wen rain? Lul.
They are going to blow this bigtime down here. We are forecast to get around an inch here and will be lucky to get .05. Radar does not look bad but very little is reaching the ground. There will be no 2nd round here either.Nvr.
Seriously though we might get a few showers or some sprinkles this afternoon with this first wave but I think a lot gets eaten by dry air aloft. Better chance of steadier heavier stuff is 7pm on
