Precip finally starting to pick back up again. We ran down to town for more firewood and pizza, and we will be parking it here for the rest of the event. Noticeable difference once we probably got under 1800 feet and it was more of a drizzle/ice pellets. Upstream looking healthy, hoping to get some accumulation before dark!
Gotta give props to Blue Ridge Escarpment for the breakfast recommendation. Crocketts was jam up and we got stuffed.

Watauga County Schools will be open tomorrow with remote learning. Snow days are no longer allowed to happen unless widespread power outages occur.
Getting a drizzle right now. Current temperature is 41.9. Hoping we can start knocking down the temperature some.

As I mentioned the temperature is starting to fall off now. Dropped down an entire degree in the past 10 minutes.
