With melt going on heavy today with our temp up to 38.7 the 3500 ft line is clearly evident as is many times in winter!FB44A789-C23E-44C4-A2EF-582DE3937D77.jpeg0645CC00-4CEA-4498-89F4-D5177BE0F61B.jpeg

this is the Unaka range behind my house. Peak (5000+)is roughly 4-5 miles straight line from me.

also notice how much more snow my house location has than the first 2 pics at the bottom Of the valley. That’s what a 500ft elevation increase does for ya!

Not sure if you have to decrease your pictures file size like I do but I’ve found when I take a portrait picture and use the iPhone feature to decrease the file size it often pops up sideways.

I go back to the picture on my phone and usually crop just a tiny sliver off the top or bottom. Then repeat the upload process and oftentimes it ends up upright. No clue why that fixes it but it seems too for me. Tedious.
