That's what it looked to me in Stone Mountain. This has been a fun storm and with only thinking I'd get a dusting a day or so ago, getting an inch+ was a nice treat.Ended up with a solid 1.5 I think....hard to get an accurate measurement with the wind. Current temp of 16.7.
Rain to snow heavy at times with up to 1 inch per hour rates through the aftnWhat does it say?
Same here but all guidance points to a big eventWasn’t expecting the see the sun rise. Boo sun. Hurry up snow.

I strongly support this post!!!I can't find where I said it, but I said no more than one hour of mix at RDU. Even though no measurable precipitation has been reported, they have reported rain/snow for two hours. I was wrong, and I will eat my two dozen bags of crow - with 10" of snow
The main reason for this is because of the system slowing down, which is going to work out very, very well for many of us in central NC. I'll take being wrong in order to get more snow. I can even become the official wrong prediction guy if this will work every time! The latest HRRR is mind-boggling.
