Wintry More SE Snow ? (1/16-1/18)

Steve Stewart, Durham met, still thinks just west of the triangle is the jackpot region, going with 2 to 4 plus.

I'm fully expecting my school to close or delay as the day goes on. Also, I thought it was raining but there's slush on the table and chairs on the back porch and I'm beginning to see more visible snowflakes.
 
Okay, I'm seeing conflicting temps, TWC says its 37 degrees while the local stations say it's 34.
I'm going to assume that the UHI is in effect and that the airport is the warmest spot.

Roads are bad in DeKalb snow pretty much stopped looked about 1 inch at the house but will try to measure later after work.
 
Western triangle party just got started. This will be a wind driven snowfall. Glad we didn't have to waste a lot of precip on BL.
