Yeah, the past three runs of the RGEM a really just doing that. A .10 an inch of precip run to run isnt crazy.

All of the 0z models so far paint a QPF max either along the US1 corridor or just to the NW of the triangle. Not a bad place to beThe ICON drops a paint bomb of QPF on RDU this run... At least 0.5" in Wake County.

Hope the RGEM continues to do goodOne of it's high res initialized badly on what's going on with this system so it might be a fluke.
The RGEM did well with early December and I think the early January storm.
Sorry? Man you say that everytime. I don't see how we get straight rain and a "wrap around flurry". I just don't buy that.While modeling QPF may be increasing for CAE, the temperatures suck. Sorry guys. RGEM is basically a big fat 0, maybe some wraparound flurries.
