Name those days
Ok easy I was just discussing them yesterday with some people on my other forum . July 4 2012, July 30 2011 ( 2.10 inches of rain !), July 23,2017 ( I was on a plane landing as that storm formed ! Epicccccc storm !) these are the ones I remember don’t make me dig even more .
 
Well maybe it will be a humid mid 70s here while we laugh at fros 57 degrees .
Just quickly glancing GFS is probably too aggressive with the wedge and beating back the subtropical ridge.

Looks like a solid plains tornado threat late next week. That might have just enough umph to get a low end wind threat into parts of the SE as well
 
I recall 2002 being fairly wet, especially around the September time frame.
It got very wet in Sept, but the spring and summer were dry. The fall of 2001 was extremely dry and the winter of 2001-2002 was not much better. We would have been in big trouble had the fall of 2002 been dry.
