Bryan Norcross brings up a point I was thinking. I wonder if Irma will be re-classified (post-analysis) as a Cat. 4 for the Marco Island, FL landfall given the 140mph+ wind gusts reported in Naples, FL.

I saw earlier before it got bad a guy wanted to ride it out on a boat with his 10 year old. Cops said do what you want, but if you stay we are taking your kid with us. Thank god he went to shelter.
