Pattern June’s Drought Dialogues

Getting a small but pretty potent pop up now. Probably will be quick unless it spreads out or others follow.

Hey Larry, I’m here in Savannah on an anniversary trip. Rain followed me here, and the downtown got hit pretty good with a storm around 7. Hopefully it dries up the next few days.

By the way, what’s a good place downtown to get some great local seafood here? Not too fancy just good local shrimp, blackened, Cajun, fish, she crab, etc? Thanks.

Eastern North Carolina may be in the extreme heat risk category on Thursday according to the NWS weekly briefing. During the week after this, it highlighted June 24-25 as potentially very hot days. At least we don't have to worry about a drought to go along with the miserable conditions to come.

Seabreeze looking cool on satellite. I'm literally living on the line. I can stand in my driveway look north and see Cumulus field and to the south nothing but bright carolina blue skies.

NWS has been way off on their accumulations of rain for my locale! Calling for 1/4 to 1/2 tonight. We’ll see
