Pattern July Fry and Dry

A new small cell literally just popped up here just before 5PM. No thunder yet, but raining pretty heavily. 5th afternoon in a row with rain!

Edit 5:46PM: That lasted ~25 minutes and there never was thunder. Now a 2nd cell with some heavy rain is coming in on the same track moving in an unusual direction, SSE. Hoping today’s totals don’t get too high because otherwise there’d be trouble here.

Pulled the goose out of the fridge to start the marinade process and everything dried up.

I already have a counselor and a psychiatrist. Thanks anyways
I am scared of storms as they cause power outages, which makes my memory from Florence very clear.
I wasn’t trying to make fun of or down talk you. I’m just saying maybe curb the posts when you’re saying goose is cooked or it’s bad with radar posts that are showing slight convection 30 minutes to your west. I grew up in that area and while Florence was an inconvenience, (my parents in Coats were without power for 3 days) it was slight compared to Fran. My junior year in high school at Triton and we were without power for 2 weeks. A lot more flooding and tree damage.

If the “goose” is cooked over a afternoon pop-up, then maybe finding an outlet to help relieve your anxiety would be a better option than posting here every 30 minutes that said goose is cooked. That said , I’m not saying to stop posting.

This. It does get old . Like we're all having bad weather this year(I had no power for over an hour yesterday) and the roads were flooding driving home but you don't see me freaking out and making a bunch of posts constantly. Bad weather is a regular thing where we live and you can't get worked up about it constantly. Like y'all have hurricanes sometimes too. Heck our goose has been cooked here so many times this year it's dead at this point. Or look at all the people dead and still missing in Texas

Just take a deep breath and think before you post sometimes. That's all I'm saying. Sometimes I've deleted my own posts 30 seconds later because I'm like nah it's not that important
