Pattern July Fries

I want some of what the 0z HRRR is on though the new cells bubbling in east wake and Johnston are interesting

Don’t drink the HRRR Kool-aid

There’s one popping just west of you now with decent lighting.

Or somehow move north?

We missed out overnight, but I heard yours. Got a line moving in from the north now. Should be good for some light to moderate rain showers. Going to be a nice day!

Got lucky and held on to the very southern end of the storm last night and got .36. Just started raining and that stuff from garner to knightdale gives me hope we could pick up an additional .33-.5 this morning. You said it it's going to be a good day with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s and a stiff NE breeze

Just looked at the euro...the 100s for late next week are dead. It also has respectable rain chances Wednesday through sunday

Nice I'm glad I had that one storm that set right over me yesterday afternoon and dumped 1.05 cause last night was a failure and this morning was a failure but the weather today is fantabulous

After days of missing out on the widespread afternoon storms that everyone else got, finally a general light rain has set in for hours over mby and the entire Triangle area of NC.

I hate to say it... but it's looking very possible that this summer as a whole could end up even warmer than the 2010 & 2016 summers, unless there really is a pattern change (per JB) the back part of the summer. :(

Drizzle, 70s, July = Winning

Still raining solidly and looks to continue. Awesome!

Somehow ended up blowing two 60-70% chances of thunderstorms this week. Oh well.

On the bright side while it'll get bad during the weekdays next week today and tomorrow might end up being nice for July. Just had 88 as a high today.

I’m here at the OBX for the week and man o man is the wind howling. Going back out to the end of the pier in a bit. It was ripping earlier

Got some prolific rain producers from storms last couple of days early afternoon, especially today’s, which poured 1”+ imby and cooled it off nicely for rest of day allowing for a tolerable evening walk. The better evening walk of the week by far though was on Wednesday, when there was deep E flow up to over 200 mb providing nice E breezes, moderate temps, and a beautiful tropical looking sky along with watching fireworks being shot.

You may not get out of the 70s this weekend. Not bad for July !
It's decided to start raining again after about a week. Got some earlier, and now a good rain falling at quarter 'til eleven. So far this is the best July since Alberto. Not even close to 90 yet. Partly to mostly cloudy a lot of the day, some breezes. Too cool for school.

speaking of school, I've already seen school supply lists... Oh well, that much closer to the end of it :p

75 here at Kitty Hawk. 25-30mph winds sustained out of the Northeast on the pier. Gusting to near 40mph

What a day, high 70s, low 80s, and dewpoints 50-60. Dewpoint is still 70 in Nashville, crazy.

I managed .4 last night. Was cloudy and coolish most of the day, heard thunder, but no rain today. Nice out though. High 79,

can only hope and pray this comes to pass... would be a genuine mid-summer cool spell in the heartland, and SE cool down as well...

Low dews will ensure another nice day.
Very nice but I almost hate because it gives that false sense that Fall is just around the corner when in fact it's around the corner, over the bridge, through the woods and beyond the mountain.

And 100% no rain! Going to be a little dry for awhile! We need Beryl to make it in the E Gulf, up into the panhandle! One or two models are showing that track, probably one is NAVGEM!

We should only make it to the mid-upper 80s today, definitely a cold snap by mid July standards esp given there will be plentiful sunshine. I’m here for it :)
