Lowest we could go here inside the beltline Raleigh was 19.6F, so still not officially teens by the whole numbers, and still hasn’t dipped into the teens since I moved here March 2018.

Notice all the teens for lows in Florida this morning where the palm trees grow wild.

The official downtown Charleston SC station made it down to 30F, so still no 20s there since January 2018, and warmer lows than inland areas west of Ft. Lauderdale and WPB have hit.

That's just due to the UHI effect. When you see teens widespread outside the city for hundreds of miles , you know what's happening.
