I still think your Tennessee valley, CAD areas, Ozarks, maybe northern Mississippi and Alabama favor the best here before mid January. The ice signal is showing up on multiple models which makes sense with a building -NAO and very volatile western Canada and pacific. It favors frontal systems that die out or miller b setups. CAD areas are eventually going to get that brutal ice storm that’s eluded us for 2 decades.
