there is a slushy build up on my dec now. looks Like it is still a rain/snow mix so surprised to see the slush. The flakes are surprisingly pretty big lol

Not only has my temp not gone down the past 20 minutes, its gone up from 40.5 to 41.2. Evaporational warming baby!
I'm not seeing anything frozen from this! ?

I doubt its raining in Rocky Mount and snowing in Jacksonville lol....if that happens it will be the first time I ever saw that happen lol

I keep seeing those extremely heavy rates on the HRRR and am not fully buying them, but what if they’re true? I would just love to have 5:1 ratio incredibly heavy wet snow!!! Certainly “rates will overcome type.”

Given the type of lift we’re seeing under that ULL tomorrow, it wouldn’t shock me

Tough seeing the dry slot moving in from the south. That main batch of moisture is going to miss us in the mountains of western NC
