41/29 here. DP actually dropping, rain on radar but nothing reaching yet
Probably going to need to set the alarm a little earlier around here. Might be able to catch a few mallows in the morning before it goes to IP/RN

Me and @metwannabe sitting pretty and dry ! At least from the maps y’all posted today . That really blows . I always wondered if there is some sort of downsloping affect due to the Uwharries and Carraway ranges in central NC.

41/34 at the airport, 39/35 IMBY - several hours of virga today, but finally getting some sprinkles now
Yet, somehow we always find a to get shafted. Heck, give me 3 inches and I will be satisfied for the rest of the winter. Can't believe I am saying that! Lol. But in all seriousness, this could be one of those systems that manage to surprise many on this board. I am rooting for everyone!

For what it's worth, this place in TN was barely forecasted to get a mix bag. Overperformance for others coming???

Maybe, but I’m not sure it really bears much for us either way, good or bad.
Perhaps, but we are in a nowcasting window and need to look west. We can look at soundings, models, etc until we are exhausted, but observations let us know what dewpoint, temp, rates are going to produce with this particular storm.
