Can't imagine what the rates just northeast of SAV are like...the convection is just pooling along the coast. SAV also looks like it's fully transitioned over to mostly snow, but would need Larry to confirm.

Yes, it couldn't make up its mind between the sleet and snow for awhile but finally transitioned to all snow here within the last 30 minutes or so. And now it is heavy and beautiful! Yay! Down to 27.3 here.
