Gonna need a Winter Weather Advisory E of the mtns in NC. Looks like black ice will be the main issue for school in Wilkes, Yadkin and Forsyth. Roads won’t be treated.

Secondary area would be roughly Shelby NC to Raleigh NC…maybe special weather statement. Temps plummet into the 20s hopefully no moisture there. Also factor in very cold air probably close schools not delay them. Thoughts @webber ? Can someone tag him I thought about calling Raleigh and making sure they are aware too @Brick

Elkmont on AL/TN state line

It’s drying out in north MS, so not sure how much moisture will be left in immediate Huntsville area unless the snow in Memphis area swings a little further south.

picked up enough sleet here to make a few small slush balls from the deck chairs a little while ago lol, but currently just a steady rain and 36. we might be able to score a dusting with a quick burst of light snow as the system exits, but otherwise that might be it here for wintry wx today

Agreed... Little worried about roads for tonight/in the morning.

Looks like a battle between a warm nose at the surface and cold air pushing south. Not every place is dealing with it…just a portion, and it probably won’t last long. No need for pantie bunching so early….especially in SC…lol
You got a lil attitude fired back at you and wanna talk about panties in a bunch. You were wrong. Like usual lol

I really hate Chattanooga's climate. Hot as crap in summer (even hotter than Atlanta usually) and then in winter seems like areas surrounding Chat always get more snow than Chat itself.
Good aquarium tho!?

Yeah I used to love in pikeville wish I was there
Laid back up there sure nuff. They're in Dana KY about 20min NW of Pikeville.
Tyler Childers country...Justified
They get Hella snow every year it seems.
