The HRRR has CLT barely staying as rain but there is a wet snow sounding.
About 2" now, and I have to say that is the best snow in four or five years here. Also, this is the best 32 deg F snow WRT density I can remember. It's not paste.

Yea the wind is really picking up, lights flickered over here in Yorkville
Well this fell right in line with what I had in mind. We ended up with about 2.5 inches here. Still a couple bands might bump it up to about 3 inches. Amazing went from 75 degrees at 8pm last night with tornado warning to a winter storm warning tonight. I would have to rate the event about A- for just all the changes in 24 hours. Good luck to my friends east of me tonight and tomorrow.
