Still lightly snowing here and it looks like the lake has formed a sheet of ice on top and it is turning white also. In my 27 years, I’ve never seen anything like this.

I’m just north of campus. Time to go stand under a streetlight, it’s starting to mix here too.
Large flakes! What a send off! 
Flizzard conditions here in western Raleigh
It’s trying so hard to flip. The fire alarm is still going off and we’re all standing outside. This is a surreal experience

Light precip started mixed, but now all snow at the Wake/Durham line. 
So over the next couple of days can we take a vote on which long range and short range models handled this event the best?
Just can’t quite seem to do it here. Definite mix
I love views like this! I likely picked up another coating within the hour.

Raining again in SE Wake with snow 5 miles up the road again. Lol

Thats a wrap.Down to Flurries. Last band got us across the 4 inch mark for storm total. Over performer here imo. All models only shaded us a half inch to o accums mostly. 1 County to far east, but the pendullum swung in our favor on this one.
