If it holds incredible job by the HMON. It was off on pressure, it but had it peaking at 135kts and landfall around 130kts.
What time is LF? Got to be soon.
Probably in the next 2-3 hours,
My guess is high end cat2 at landfall. You can see the ewrc trying and the center starting to muddy up just prior to landfall and the west side trying to rotate around

A weaker storm would cause much more damage as the wind would expand in size A LOT. IMO Ida will do this last minute feat based on NOLA radar.

Nah, what you're seeing here from him is what you get. Par for the course.
Latest 10:35am. Eye is mudding up and appears new larger wind radius is taking shape. 
Let's please try not to criticize each other and murk up the thread. If somebody wants to predict something that seems silly like the storm is going to turn into an anticyclone with wispy high clouds, just give them a hotdog and move on.
Is it still East of NHC track?
