Snow breaking out in West Texas!
HRRR looks a little NW.
That ULL sure looks stronger on water vapor imagery.
Look at that moisture pooling in the Gulf.
Is anything reaching the ground under those 20dBZ returns in back Alabama?
Hope I get to 32 before the clouds roll in.
How's the Korean looking?
What a bust by the NWS.
mPING report of a sleet pellet in Montgomery!

OK. I'm ready to roll.

You forgot one.
Radar wetter than the HRRR.

It's just weird. And now they may have 3 in 8 years ? It's amazing the difference 100 miles can make. Do you know if Americus also just had 1 in that 70 year period like Albany did ? Savannah and Americus are at the same latitude, so if Savannah only had 2 maybe it's the same for Americus.

1. I found only 2 at Americus although that could be incomplete. I’m wondering about Feb of 1958, for example.

2. Macon had more but not numerous as they had 9 the prior 70 years.

That’s why I’ll believe it when I see it. Even though that’s Kuchera and even if the Euro ends up right, I think getting 1”+ would be quite hard considering the mild temps just before/cold chasing moisture kind of deal.

Everything about this image is freaky. The 3-upright field goal post (but only one side of the field), the strange number-letters in the endzone, the weird fans with giant mouths(?). Scary AI.

That goal post is what we(who worshiped the NAM) are required to sit on.
