Did the recon planes comes through?!
They got stuck in a blizzardDid the recon planes comes through?!
maybe Augusta soonI don’t even know what city in Georgia to say congrats to
Shot way NW. it’s just to warm. Man… if the temps were a little cooler this would be an awesome snowstorm.
The good thing, if you're inclined to chase, is that the roads will be good. Silly, I know, but if snow doesn't fall on my deck, it's just not the same.Tbh if the Kuchera map verifies, which is the smart one to go with with questionable temps, I'd have to look it up myself and I'm doing this while I post this...
I mean is Valdosta in the 2" on the Kuchera lmao?
With the area I'm more familiar with in south GA, there is tons of nothing. Like if I get the notion to actually chase...and it's going to require me needing to get going earlier than I'd probably like, I might head towards Sylvania and that's a very small town (and just going off what Goofus had).
Gotta keep showing up. That chicken ain’t gonna fry itselfSeeing another day 10 threat View attachment 184346

I'll easily pass on this. Used to like ice but now it's just a nuisance that you can't have any fun with. If it can't trend colder for snow I'd much rather just have rain.GFS and euro in more agreement at day 9 then sundays deal View attachment 184349View attachment 184350View attachment 184351View attachment 184352

At least he got to see a good snow before he passed away.@Meteorologist1999 would be waxing his sled right now. Twice in a year. RIP![]()
I think smart thermostats are dishonest and geared towards the man. Ill go get my tinfoil hat now
prove me wrong
I would imagine that the pilots and crew need reps. I am sure training missions happen all the time and we aren't made aware of it. This is a nice chance to get some reps in and provide data for a historic storm. Southern snow is rare and we need all the data we can get.NOAA is flying another plane today? That seems strange for what looks like, at best, a run-of-the-mill winter storm.
