Looks like mixed ---- for nowThis is that sort of pattern that you can get repeated overrunning setups, we just need the TPV in a more ideal spot and at that point you can dig something up out west (trough that causes overrunning) for a while and deliver multiple bouts of overrunning precipitation

Shallow arctic air from the west hindered by terrain, and a slow to build a CAD from the east. I'm 40 miles east of Atlanta. Worse spot possible verbatim.ATL somehow misses both. Not that we want that ice but still.
