We avoid torches like how we avoid extreme cold haha, but the first system trending NW again means a more amped storm as it exits which means more CAA behind, I’m willing to bet if the first storm trends NW more this warmth will be back to average before the cold moves in, lol 98D813DE-CCA0-42BF-AF33-98A23904CF90.gif
 
I'll say this; I don't like the look for the Midlands with a low wrapping up close to the coast like that Euro control run shows. That's not really what produces bigger snows here and more robust system + closer low = mixing issues..

For this area you'd like to see a system come across north central fl and off the coast a bit.

The signal is still there for a Wintry storm.. I'm just not quite sure a lot of us would want the type it may end up being.
Better for it to disappear now for us instead of 48-72 hours before the storm.
