Geez I thought the days of overperformers were over, this storm has proved us wrong, normally WAA ruins everything for everyone but this is a rare case

Sounds like Raleigh is getting in on some mix. I'd love to give an update in N Raleigh, but I'm actually down at Ocean Isle for the weekend visiting some fam. Hope this overperforms in the Triangle like it did in the upstate. ❄
