If sleet is already mixing up there, it means the warm nose is the real deal. HRRR accumulations don't seem likely to pan out. You'll probably switch back to heavy snow once the heavy returns SW of you move over you.

33.8 with a slushy dusting on the deck and cars. some on the ground and fence as well. Lightening up some but some heavier is on the way.

That's one thing that will always over perform. The warm nose
