had to remind myself that today was middle of feb seems usual that winter is usually over here by middle of feb...oh well
I’ll take an inch so sloppy the mud bleeds through at this point just to break the skunk.
We better accept whatever Mother Nature gives us in her doggy bag as she pulls up to the corner we’re stationed at.

Gotta watch the forcing though if/when the mc washes out and we go into the IO the pattern gets back to cool/cold. I'd suspect if this happens we should see the ends of the ensembles start progressing a pattern change forward 3/1-5

Euro trolling me again
I don’t know what we did to it but it doesn’t like us obviously
Ain't no frozen precip in NC with that track lol
CMC had the system just further north. Euro actually phases right over top of us so cold air from NS injected into system. Idk, didn't expect to see anything on models, I guess if that ridge out west is a little taller and this though sharpens up, maybe just maybe.......but not holding my breath thats for sure
If we had more suppression and cold with the D5 system that pacific wave on he euro would have been pretty interesting and the phase wouldn't be needed
limited ens support but also it would be really funny if we buried the body, held the funeral, eulogized, poured out the 40, had the big family dinner at angus barn then came home to a legit threat 150 hours away lol
I'll give this years strat pv credit for how stubborn it really is. It's taking a big hit as we speak but it just keeps rolling along.
If only there were more separation of this trailing wave and less kicker out west this place wouldn't be a morgue
