Looks like the snow has really slowed down in Apex
I think the additional inch means on top of whatever you have on the ground right now. They said an additional inch, I’m assuming on top of the 2 inches mentioned in the WWA

Post when u do. Im up at Airport. Nada. Does look darker clouds back toward you. 29 degrees. Low ceilings is all we got hereStill haven’t seen a flake…
This is a passion of yours isn't it?We are approaching peak solar radiation as we near the noon hour. Not going to help accumulations combined with near freezing BL temps at the moment, especially on roadways. Assuming precip picks up in the afternoon, conditions for accumulations, especially on the roadways, will pick up as we head into the mid to late afternoon, though. Just not a factor you want to overlook in mid to late February, not that it can't stick and won't stick, but it will cut accumulations a bit, especially if rates are not heavy and / or spotty or uneven.
Idk why but it always shocks me at least a lil when places 25 miles or more West have mixing issues or BL issues when it's snowing here and began as snow and looks to stay snow!It briefly puked feathers here when a convective cell passed over. Back to white rain now..
Yup seeing that on cameras in Mooresville. Enjoy! Don't think it's gonna happen down hereHvy snow showers right now
To be Honest, it's nailed this so far. It showed Nothing, and I've received nothing while others are showing it should already be snowing.Starting to wonder what the point of the HRRR is.
What's your temp ?Heavy sleet! Wow!
