Pure and utter garbage. It's beyond me how people enjoy sawdust-dry buns with cubed lettuce and flavorless patties.

Highly variable on location. The ones I used to frequent in Pensacola were awesome. The ones in Huntsville AL are awful. But that pretty much goes for all fast food here. Too many good paying jobs available outside fast food. Good problem to have economy wise I guess.
I hate hate hate hate how restaurants deal with mobile orders. Almost all fast food places prioritize them over in-person orders. It's almost impossible to eat at Jersey Mike's now.

Yeah when the two lanes merge the drive thru must "yield" to the left mobile order lane.

My son is an ARFID diagnosed kid. He is currently on a CFA kick. We are there as I type this and they are so backed up they are back to taking drive thru orders in the mobile app lane.
I am apparently on my own with my dislike of CFA as it is clear by how busy they are that many people love this chicken.

They definitely are making money off of your info that goes with your phone into the app.
Yea despite the complaints on here about CFA (which might be valid I dunno), I've noticed they are busier than ever around here. In fact, I sometimes avoid them cause I can get in and out quicker going somewhere else.

Took one pick as I was in line waiting and one when I left and the line wasn't even to the awnings yet. My wife texted me asking if I had gotten lost but I was just stuck at CFA Stupid busy and I hate going there. Drove right next door to cookout for my own meal.and was through the drive thru in the less than 4 minutes.

If it's been me, I've usually just parked and gone in the CFA. I usually can get my food pretty quickly that way, but there has occasionally been a small wait.
There was one time a while ago though where I did use the drive thru and initially amusingly tried to grab what I ordered without safely parking the car for a short minute. That idea didn't go well, but I didn't do anything too stupid.
Dad always says that he doesn't understand when he sees the long CFA drive thru lines.

Um. Yea that is madness.
That's actually more crowded than in the Triangle, and we love us some CFA. But I think we got more locations to offset that to some degree. (I have a theory we have as many CFAs as McDonalds, but I've never looked it up)
Cookout's one of my staples. I drive from Raleigh to Wilmington quite a bit and stop at the one I call the Warsaw outpost exit, and they are usually very quick. (I call that exit an outpost cause it literally has almost every fast food joint available, despite being in a heavily rural area)
