Yeah so it actually has been dry and the summer droughts might not be over exaggerated after all

Am I the only one who despises social media? I truly believe we would all be better off without it. I also cant stand when people share stuff on facebook that is completely false. People are so gullible and believe everything they read.

You realize this board is a form of Social Media, right?

I'm sure y'all have seen the old Play360 commercial with Cam and a little kid from years ago circulating again since Kyle Allen's performance... I mean I know it's not him but man it cracks me up every time I see it! :D:D:D

Since I think it's off topic, I'll bring it here.

I think 13/14 is the last winter that I'd truly call widespread good (17/18 got close but it was ultimately 1 storm away from being able to be called that). I'm sure I've said so several times, but that winter was truly insane to me and it would've been even if I was back home. Ridiculous cold snaps, seeing powder snow in the upper teens and low 20s (okay, I wouldn't have seen that at home, but at night on 1/28/14 is the last time this area saw more than a dusting of snow on the ground, and that time is now 3 years ago to boot too), and a historic ice storm.

Boy my memory isn't good, but when I talk about those days, my memories of 1/28/14 still come up and are pretty vivid. My memories of 12/25/10 as well are still pretty good and extend beyond the La Fayette, GA area (in that case since I was 15 I was out of town visiting family) surprisingly getting more than "1 inch of snow" because of some bad things.

10/11 and 13/14 were epic winters at least for the southeast.

Weather Channel says pattern flip! Book it!
