Not aimed at myfro but instead to the general readership here:
Zzzzzzzzzzzz….so repetitive..all about the same. And why is there always "battle zone" in about the same place on many of these forecasts. So, which interchangeable eastern snow weenie put this one out? Or is this actually the same one that has been posted many times?
I’d like to see that deep purple “clipper” shade extended down into the upstate. Clipper capital of the world ???
When will Florida ever be shown for cold I mean seriously even 3 degrees below normal but every forecast never shows them in the blue

By my definition, yes! I think the average high in Orlando in January is 71. There seemed to be a lot more days closer to 80 than 60 or 70 though when I lived there.

I watch those for the comic relief. Dude has no clue about Carolina climatology. You always have the ice and snow go through SC from SW to NE, not a straight damn line from Atlanta to Charleston. ???

I always hear the se referred to as SEC country. How about we change that to SER country?
My fear is that eventually winter will cease to exist in the SE. Springs are starting earlier and falls are beginning late. September is now a peak summer month and February is a spring month. Snow will probably become extinct south of 35N lat by the year 2030.

I think it's just several bad years lumped together. I doubt winter will cease to exist. I'm sure many Floridians believed a hurricane hit to the state during that massive hurricane drought was becoming less likely over time, but only recently did that end. It's always been hit or miss in the SE for winters from what I understand. We get some streaks of big storms and some with nothing at all.
