Yeah looks like some area in the NE, like NYC, are going to be well below some of the earlier forecasted totals. A bust for them is still 4-8".

I observed wet snow briefly mix in with rain and graupel around 10am this morning here in downtown Raleigh on the backside of this storm. I guess that's a win.
