How’s the north side of the precipitation on icon not frozen. The high is there

The GFS digs a bit more in this run.
Yes it did. Last frame (hr 180) the low is sitting in Gulf right below New Orleans. That’s a perfect spot for southern snow.

No way this thing cuts this time. If it does the GFS is definitely an outlier. Even the ICON was sitting pretty!

There’s nothing to hold the high in place and the moisture just stops in TN for like a day!?
CMC has a 1038 high in the Rockies @78 hours.

Around 120 hr, our wave near California is a tad faster and the northern stream wave near the lakes is a bit slower.
