Yeah, and that's at the highest point...other places are more like 1400 atop thereWow. And they are not even very high in elevation. Only around 1600', only a few hundred feet higher than Atlanta.

Shouldn't be surprised anymore, but it blows my mind how much of a screw job Columbia and the surrounding areas get every Winter. Showed a "ok" band over us all day, now it's trended to more moisture in NC. Where the rich get richer. Makes me sick sometimes. I get we aren't geographically favored and all that. But that didn't stop S. Miss, S Alabama, and Florida from getting winter weather multiple times last year. At least it's only early December...Welp, looks like the HRRR and NAM took our flizzard away this evening.
