Heavy snow of course! I suppose the earlier drop in temp had me excited but for the last hour and a half I've gone nowhere (when your temp stops falling ya panic!). Kinda frustrating, but ah well.

Though the wind has picked up over the past several hours out of the E and NE the change in temperature and dew point has been relatively negligible across North Georgia thus far.

To illustrate here's a list of stations across North Georgia and their respective readings at 7PM compared to the previous four hours.

36.3 with sleet, a CLT poster not too far from me on the other board said something about wet snow mixing in. Also, the r/s line on the radar is ticking south.

Switched back to sleet again as soon as the rates increased, waiting to see if any snow starts to become evident

Yeah the winds are blasting in hard now. Much harder than earlier and probably gusting to 30 or so. Which direction are you from here?
