Dang snow falling in mid 20’s for a lot people. That would some snow ratio of 15 to 1.

I've been honking the horn on this for a few days now. Literally the exact composite of our Major and Historic Snowstorms. The GFS would be a big dog if we could get that pesky TPV piece out of Canada. 
Isn’t this a Miller A setup?
Correct, there are some Miller Bs in the composite. However, the only large distinction is that a Miller B has a bit more ridging around the Great Lakes.

I think both of these have potential. They both just need to dig and sharpen at the right spot. The first one looks to be super energetic so I think it will be tougher to keep it south. But who knows...things will change a lot between now and next week, could be for the better
Oh I know that, but my interest in the 2nd storm is much higher because the airmass in place

Alright time for round 2 on the GEFS .. this one is the one I’m most interested in but it’s always nice to see we still have a shot at the first event
