When it is mild, do you wear clothes? Or are you a nudist? With your thinking, if you wear clothes during mild weather, you’re unnecessarily obscuring your humanity and identity. So, should there even be laws against walking around nude or at least like @Tarheel1 with a banana hammock? Do you criticize laws not allowing for public nudity?

Laws against nudity are clearly unconstitutional. I could see an exception for public indecency and the key word is “public”. As long as your nakedness is not forced upon another, have at it. Even there, indecency is generally defined by public norms to be the genitalia. Faces are not indecent. Covering large portions of your face hides many non-verbal communications that really help others connect socially. This is especially important for children. It is not trivial. We need to stop the masks.

So Justin Turner was removed from Game 6 of the World Series due to a positive COVID-19 test.
 
Well he did play 6 innings before he was pulled. Plus pre game activities. So if it was not a false positive they were already exposed anyway...
