Euro has a flash freeze at the end of its run. those are always fun.
I’m now in NE Chapel Hill, so I’m going to be even more screwed in these situations than I used to be versus you.

Instead of taking the kids to the mountains to see snow. It would be nice to take a snow cruise out in the Atlantic.

Afterwards it has a cold/dry(ish) pattern that allows the snow to stick around for two weeks.

I would give anything to have had this board back in Jan 2000 when we got the crusher. I wonder if we would have done better forecasting this than the NWS. The GSP office had to play catch up all day. Of course, I would not have found out for a few days how it went until my power came back.

All this talk boils down to there is a slim chance of 1 inch or less of snow. It’s just not worth the arguments. Now I will raise all kinds of hell over a chance of a foot though.
