Can you not see why you’ve been banned from the storm thread? Your posts are so odd. I’m sure you’ll find a way to get a permanent ban soon. The site is growing and your foolishness is not what new members should have to deal with. Sorry to be so blunt, but your quoted posts warranted a response.

I’ve just been burned too many times over the years to feel good about anything until it gets to the precipice of happening, but this whole setup has all the markers of giving a rare snow event to those of us in Georgia that live below Macon.
People in AL waiting for the NW trend be like.
After looking over models this evening, I'm quickly reminded that even though the pattern is ripe for something great... it's also going to be ripe for disappointment for some folks. I'm happy with whats already been received tbh, anything else that may fall will just be a bonus on an already great January.
With that said, a fun few weeks ahead ha.

So much for going back to getting a normal amount of sleep.
I never thought I'd say this but after doing storm clean up on Beech Mtn the last few weeks. I've had enough of the cold. It's all fun and games until your machines are frozen to the ground, trucks won't start, trucks wrecking coming down the mtn. I could go on and on. Now there's another polar outbreak coming. Just shoot me!!!

I actually probably wouldn’t really mind a good sleet storm considering that I had a big smile on my face when I realized that there were pingers recently, the problem is that 6z GFS run is close to a disaster (2/12/14 part 2) if it just amped up a little bit more.
I’m already at a point where unless it’s big adjustments, I don’t want more amping. I actually sorta wonder if whether I could talk dad into leaving town on a bad ice storm forecast (he was really considering driving to NW GA when we lost power on Helene).
Of course, you’re talking one run lol and the nighttime OP Euro was suppressed.
