It'll come, but this evening is likely not the time for wide-spread rain; though regionally you could probably stir the air with a spoon ...

In a little corner of the member map, 30 minutes without it this time of day is usually a blessing about 4 out of 7 ... :rolleyes:
Guess it depends on what is too much or too little given location ... ;)

Actually it helped develop a nice line but it just missed me...

It has been pouring rain for an hour. This storm is not moving.
 
Looks like another storm formed to my south over Raleigh and is coming this way, too.

Can't help but wonder if something similar will happen here and I get shut out. Don't like that outflow hauling southward and the storms in wake moving east
