Prolly get storm of the century a week after I go back to Raleigh after winter break. 10”+ imby and sleet in Raleigh. I think I would cry

Related: I was reading back in my little weather journal I do. Basically just a couple sentences (if that) on the day’s wx with Highs and lows. Been doing it since last November. Just generally seemed more excited about weather in fall and winter lol
 
Have you all noticed more flies this summer? I've never seen this many. They swarm any sort of food brought outside.
 
Waiting for our PM storms. Miller Lite and a few other “concoction’s” etc. I’ve given @Lickwx more material for his spank bank. Lol
Got family here. living the life with sunshine breaking through half the time. Hoping this helps for afternoon/evening thunderstorms.
the dirt bikes in the background may be a poor decision later…….

Photos from Goose creek. We need to start doing 2 photo threads a year . A spring/ summer and fall /winter . Water is so shallow , I was very offshore swimming and still not even knee deep water , some fish bit my toes though.

Til Friday. I had a plane ticket to use from like last winter so it's basically just hotel and car lol flying to Houston and driving. Hotel is right on the beach
