if everybody was moving to the lick and you owned all the property you'd be sitting pretty happy and you wouldn't say a word
Nah, I’m above the dollars ! It’s why I got great diamond hands in the stock market . Losing money doesn’t bother me. Money comes and goes and comes again man! Those lands are forever money isn’t !

It’s cool lol I need to think before I post
I’ll admit I regret some of my posts and there are many that I type out and don’t make. Then this stupid site doesn’t save that I deleted it and instead posts it for me when I post my next post . So if you ever got a notification I quoted your post and don’t see anything this is why lol.

I agree about Miami but not everywhere is like that... It is pretty bad that tax dollars will be bailing out places like Miami.. but it is what it is. It's not like they're going to pick up Miami and move it. I Imagine it's an economic powerhouse for the state of Florida. Whenever there's growth and development , it means better schools and more jobs, meaning more opportunities.

Well that circles back to this question .... is the only way to prosperity constant growth ? Cuz you and I know resources are finite therefore growth is also finite !

It probably is the only way to prosper until we fill up the country.. then when there's no land to be developed prices will go up.

That’s just silly and shortsighted ! Yeah no one and I mean no one should live on the beach ! It’s not sustainable . Or at least dense development isn’t .... bye bye Miami Beach you should read about the millions the city is spending to not lose the island lol. Perhaps smaller scale development on beaches are ok .

Oddly enough I'm about to book a week in South Beach in the next week or two.

Haters gonna Hate....

Global warming's a b**** as it, if not gotten under control, could cause the ocean to rise several feet during the next 50 years. Living near the beach is ok with a combo of good elevation and high quality construction though. I still wouldn't own a home on the beach. I prefer to stick to well elevated land (15'+) surrounding the inland tidal marshes. Better views than the ocean imo and not nearly as risky.

If I ever moved down east I’d get a home high on stilts near a river some where. Always thought that would be cool.

46 degrees right now...... nam is to low by 5-6 degrees in some areas per its 12z run, wonder how much this effects Wednesday/Thursday View attachment 79171
44/42 here now, don’t know enough to know about impacts for us down the road but this is a sign the wedge is eroding quicker . All that could mean is more likely chance of severe weather , not necessarily much on impact . Who knows though. Thursday has high bust potential on temps with potential for much warmer temps than currently forecast I think . I recall seeing some models showing 75-76 degree temps in spots near here .
