Honestly it's not that unusual in many southeast cities to go all of September without hitting 90. The last few years have not been normal.

Hopefully the weather will cool off in a couple weeks and the evaporation rates will slow down and the lack of rain won't have the same effect as it would in July.

Not sure about there but in North GA its going to cool off a lot this coming week with lower humidity in the wake of Ida ! It's going to feel almost like fall.
