Dude I was plugged up with IVs with no blood in my body and malnourished still lunging in the hospital !Yes son . I have gained back 17 pounds in 2 weeks from my surgery minimum. Smh. What kinda question is that! Twice a day at the gym son. Here as I type !
17 lb in 2 weeks is excellent
 
Just stick with it and by the time you're my age you will be in better shape than everybody else your age because people don't stick with things.
Yeah, I’m an addict lol. No way I can ever envision myself not working out . If I’m able to be in the hospital and still do something then apart from death itself I’m always going to work out! Some of the strongest guys in my gym are old as ---- though, like 48-55 benching 300-400.
 
One thing we did on the other forum I’m on is hide a bunch of sub forums like politics from guests and members till they made a certain amount of posts . Whamby should be hidden from guests :)
 
February I was at 300 for bench . I need to get back there :(. Weight was 180 .
I just try not to get fat.. I build muscle very easily and don't really need to get any bigger... Usually people that build muscle can become big fat butts if they stop, It's a trade-off I guess then to be natural skinny enough to not worry about it, but can't build muscle.

Yeah I was happy at 180, i never wanted to be much heavier . 185 is my heaviest , I know that once im older it will be hard . So it’s best that i stay lighter , as maintaining 200 pounds of muscle at 40 is hard . 180 would be more reasonable .

I know it sounds crazy but I have better workouts after I've eaten horribly than if I've eaten healthy.
