Misc 2021-22 Fall/Winter Whamby Thread

We've had plenty of positively tilted troughs swing through and miss but I don't recall one this close to being a big event just miss us.

We should start a thread for the misses and hits. I'm not sure how long this board will be around but it would be nice to have a centralized place to go back and look. I know Ollie has the archive thread but if we had something that had the 500mb analysis at hr 0 when it was was starting or just missing. Maybe even go back and pull some old maps to build the history of what we are looking for and what makes us miss but close
