If I had a yard in Phoenix and I had enough money to support the water bill I would definitely water my lawn as much as possible If it's what I wanted.Bingo ! I agree you should only plant what can A survive in your area and B if not native won’t become super invasive and harm . Though technically by that criteria north Durham can support some palms ! modernweenie. As for grass in Phoenix and Vegas . Disgusting waste of precious resources .
Could you tell @Broken024 he seems to have missed that memo. I’ll be right back from digging out of my 36” snowstormSometimes your just meant to win. Charlotte this year is just meant to win View attachment 110672View attachment 110673View attachment 110674

Yes and drain the coloardo river hurting farmers and mexicans downstream. not too mention straining drinking water resources. Sorry man but those cities are massive and the use of water is inefficient and leading to unsustainable failure. You should read up on it, I mean at one point this past year the water levels at the Hoover dam were getting dangerously close to the point where it would not be able to produce any hydroelectric power which would be catastrophic for millions. All so some people could grow grass in the desert? lol.If I had a yard in Phoenix and I had enough money to support the water bill I would definitely water my lawn as much as possible If it's what I wanted.
If you can pay for it you can do whatever you want on your own property.Yes and drain the coloardo river hurting farmers and mexicans downstream. not too mention straining drinking water resources. Ok, then no federal funding to bail your butt out when you have no power and no water. Sorry. If you can pay for it you can do whatever you want.

Maybe don't depend on green energy and if you do have a back up planOk, then no federal funding to bail your butt out when you have no power and no water. Sorry.
Lick might be the Tree hugger type. Idk yetIf you can pay for it you can do whatever you want on your own property.
Ill see what? Check this out. 90% of our winter veggies are grown out there. The US declared a water shortage for the first time ever there meaning FORCED reductions which are going to impact FARMERS first. Not the phoenix green lawn folks. We are a society and proper use of our resources is important to ensure continued access to them. No one has a green lawn when the water runs out. You'll see.
